Flame Lord to the Holy Empire Westelande. He's since dropped the title of Holy Emperor of his predescessors and taken on the mantle of Flame Lord, to show that he wishes to take the Empire into a different direction. He's a bold man who has no qualms with the further militerization of his nation, and the mobilization of a Great Army. He is known to be one of the strongest men in the entire Yamato region, and bears a heavy undeniable presence. Eugene is the victor of many of his nation's Coloseum Battles, risen from the ranks of lower gladiators. Yet, for all of this reputation he is said to be a fair king within the culture of his land, and is deeply religious in nature - heeding The Burning One's light and the council of its priests.
