Lord Umoto Arte Marves, or just 'Lord Marves', is an old Pooka lord to the Salamander's Holy Empire Westelande. He deals with much of the mercantile and nobles in order to open the way for Flame Lord Eugene. He has a sneaky personality, and isn't particularly liked by most of the Salamanders. Even considered too weak to be amongst their upper echelons. Yet, he is one of the most well educated members of the kingdom, and has made himself indispensible. His attitude tends to be smarmy, and he is often seen wearing a lot of makeup on his face to protect himself from burning in the sands of Yamato.
