Descendant of deceased mother Gremica, Arca is the dutiful Pooka member of the Council of Four. She has an incredibly elderly attitude to her, and for all of her youth is referred to as 'old lady'. When not seeing to her duties for the Council, she's lost in her library containing countless books. She's reported to even dealing in Curio and perhaps having even more old possessions than even the Mage Tower of The Ninetails Dominion.
