Summary
The Outcasts are not an organized group but are rather those who prefer to live without the bonds and protections of a nation. Within Yamato, those people commonly flock to the island that holds Aincrad Tower. Many pick up the mercenary or Hunter lifestyle - and it's not uncommon to simply stop hearing from these people one day - for they commonly lead dangerous lifestyles.
Still, some people have found their 'homes' in the Land of Beginnings or the city of Alne. Though not organized nations, these are still places to stay and make a temporary home.
